Preventive maintenance includes: security updates, software patches, database optimization, log and temp file cleanup, backup integrity verification, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations. We perform these activities regularly to prevent problems.

We use specialized tools that continuously check availability, performance, and security of your systems. We monitor uptime, response time, resource usage, errors, and anomalies. When we detect problems, our team is automatically alerted and starts resolution immediately.

Yes! We offer support for any system, regardless of who built it. We do an initial analysis to understand the architecture and existing documentation. We work with WordPress, custom systems, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and much more.
